Traffic Pattern Changes

SR 422 (Chocolate Avenue) traffic lane restrictions have been lifted.

NEW TRAFFIC PATTERN on SR 422 (Chocolate Avenue): Westbound traffic lanes have been shifted to their final configuration. Eastbound traffic lanes have been opened and are shifted to their final location.

The pedestrian tunnel under SR 422 (Chocolate Avenue) is open to pedestrians.  The temporary crosswalk at the intersection of SR 422 (Chocolate Avenue) and Ceylon Avenue has been removed.  Pedestrians must use the pedestrian underpass or the new traffic signal at the intersection of SR 422 (Chocolate Avenue) and SR 743 (Cocoa Avenue/Park Avenue) to cross SR 422.

Pedestrians should use only marked crosswalks.

Drivers are reminded that State Law requires vehicles to yield to Pedestrians in crosswalks.

TRAFFIC PATTERN on SR 743 (Park Avenue): Southbound traffic approaching the SR 422 and SR 743 Intersection has been reduced to two lanes to accommodate the full reconstruction of Park Avenue adjacent to the new bridge.

Drivers may encounter intermittent daytime and nighttime lane closures throughout construction.
